Ercle were approached in 2017 to look at a warehouse site in Penzance. The site which ceased trading as an automotive parts supplier in 2015 is located within the heart of Penzance and is walking distance from the town centre.

The site was formerly part of a masterplan development to regenerate the area in 2005. Since the plan was published the adjacent sites have gone on to be redeveloped for residential use in isolation. Ercle are currently mounting an application for the development of hte site for residential use and are hoping to submit a detailed application by the end of 2018.
