Ercle were approached in January 2019 by a land owner inShaldon. He had a field that had been recognised as developable in the Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment but which did not have sufficient access. Working with the client we have re-ordered his existing property to provide the required access to the field. The revised design of the dwelling seeks to create an upside-down house which will allow sea views from the lounge. We continue to work with the client to bring his field forward for development.
