Eric Davis

Eric Davis

BA [Hons] BArch RIBA

Eric is a multi-award winning architect who has gained experience across architectural sectors over the last 18 years.  Eric has a passion for housing and believes in the age old saying that ' If your not part of the solution, you are part of the problem'.  Architects and design professionals continually complain about the quality of housing in the UK, but have not stepped forward to ask why we don't deliver better. Eric strives to put design first in housing and looks to give developer lead housing the same level of design and attention as he does one off houses.

Eric particularly enjoys working in the historic environment and seeks to exploit opportunities to create well considered modern insertions. By asking ' what if?' and 'do you think it would be possible to do this' he finds ways of unlocking the potential of under used buildings and by doing so secures the long term future of an asset that might otherwise be lost.

Outside of work Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys.  As a family they can often be found on the beach by their house or working on their small holding which has a growing number of responsibilities.

Liam Chamings

BA [Hons]
Architectural Assistant

Liam graduated from Plymouth University in 2016. Following a year out after University, Liam joined Ercle in early 2017 and has over the last year gained experience working on residential projects ranging from bespoke extensions to one-off dwellings.  Many of Liam’s projects have involved working on complex sites; working in the historic environment, in areas outside of development boundaries and in areas of outstanding natural beauty.

Liam particularly enjoys the process taking each project forward from initial concept sketches through to planning and then on to construction drawings and site.  Each project is unique and offers constraints and possibilities, both of which can be exploited to the benefit of a design.

Outside of the office, Liam enjoys taking full benefit of the close proximity to both the Sea and the Moor, as well as attending the regions point to point races.

Jasmine Brimble

BA [Hons]

She has worked in all stages of the design process from Feasibility and Initial Designs to Construction Stages. Each stage is an exciting process, watching design come from paper to physical design is an amazing experience.

Outside of the office, Jasmine makes the best of the coastal location doing wake-boarding, surfing and sailing. She also regularly trains and competes young horses.
